While Kim has been out and about since having her daughter, even hitting up Paris Fashion Week with boyfriend Kanye West, this is the most revealing look at her post-baby body.

For fans wondering how the TV star bounced back after giving birth back in June to her baby girl, she revealed all on Twitter over the weekend, writing, "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it."
